Information for guests

The accommodation is possible from 2 p. m. at the arrival day of the confirmed reservation. The rooms are necessary to be left at 10 a. m. at the departure day at the latest.

Advance payments

Advance payment 40 % in case of room order 3 working days in advance.

Advance payment 100 % in case of 2 or more rooms order less then 3 working days in advance (scan of account payment required).

Reservation cancelling

• 21 - 8 days before the arrival day -30 % of the advance payment
• 7 - 2 days before the arrival day -60 % of the advance payment
• 1 day before the arrival day -100% of the advance payment

Euro exchange rate is fixed according to actuall excange rate.

Cuisine

The room price includes breakfast.

Air conditioning

All rooms are air conditioned. (Rent a remote control for 200 CZ deposit)
